Review any commit range

The difflog renders before against after, with every change carrying a permanent id. Comments attach to that id, so re-rendering never orphans a remark.

Supervision in real time

Remarks broadcast over a socket keyed to the commit range, so two people reading the same derivation see each other work.

Export to a publisher

Pick the article, the journal profile and the format. Adding a journal is adding a folder in the vault, never a change here.

Publish the paper online

Quarto renders the article to a self-contained page this server hosts — one step from manuscript to a link a supervisor can open.

Read-only by construction

The vault is the source of truth and is mounted read-only. Everything this app produces lands in its own workspace, never in the research.

One line of truth

Nothing here re-renders the research. Every export runs the vault's own publishing engine, which verifies the .docx — equations, tables, figures, field structure, page geometry against the journal template — and only then derives the PDF from it.
